Forgetting what you ate or the exact date of an appointment? No biggie.
But, know what is an issue?
Forgetting the size of the deal you closed at work
Forgetting the number of clients you onboarded last week
Forgetting that DAZZLING piece of feedback you received from your boss
….Houston - that’s a BIIIIIIG problem.
If we want to KNOW and be PAID our worth, the focus-on-work-success muscle is one we need to start flexing every day.
